We are not a fund. We don't manage outside money, and we don't solicit external investment. That independence is deliberate — it lets us act on a horizon measured in decades, not quarters, and judge each opportunity on its own merits, not against a mandate.

Our work is concentrated, patient, and private. The best positions are the ones we build ourselves — or the ones we can hold long enough for the thesis to play out.

We start new technology ventures inside the company — taking them from raw idea through research, design, and early product. When the work calls for it, we operate.
Spin Out
When a venture is ready to stand on its own, we form it as a standalone company, capitalize it, and let it run.
Invest
We take concentrated positions in other private technology companies we know well — where we have conviction, context, and a direct relationship with the founders.

SonneyFam Holdings is organized as a manager-managed limited liability company under the laws of Washington. The company is privately held and does not solicit or accept outside investment of any kind.
